It is also in close proximity to a beautiful lake and the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and hot showers. the breakfast buffet has a wide range of delicious food options and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel lacks a lift making it difficult to access the higher floors.

Phewa lake can be quickly reached, it' s just 1 mile away. We were happy to find Moondance Restaurant 400 ft away, where we could eat. Room met our requirements. The location was next to everything we wanted to do.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the warm reception we received upon arrival, with a glass of complimentary sparkling wine to set off the festive mood. They offered convenient and fast Wi-Fi in our room which was a plus. the location was great, as it was conveniently located close to the shopping center, and we had accessibility to several restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the breakfast served, which was decent, and I was even offered a vegetarian option, which was accommodating.

the room we were allocated had a faulty shower that was difficult to control, and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was set back from the busy street but still just across from the lake. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff like John at the reception who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room we were given was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We loved having access to the adjacent terrace and rooftop, which offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks that we had longed for. The quality of food served at the hotel was also excellent. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel was close to the city center and located in a lively area with many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and fast Wi-Fi.

The hotel was very noisy due to construction work going on during the day. We were not informed beforehand about the renovations and it was difficult to relax in our room during the day. The room itself was not as clean as we expected, with some stains on the carpet and curtains. our stay was not enjoyable due to the noise and lack of cleanliness.
